Medical Development Services, Inc. (MDS) is a small, private, contract, medical products innovation company which typically operates under Non-Disclosure Agreements with customers. Articles on the MDS website are created by MDS. The MDS website does not provide links to other websites. Where MDS website articles contain content provided by other organizations, those organizations have authorized MDS to include the content on the MDS website.

MDS uses Telephone, Internet, Trade Shows, Networking Events, and Community Service Events for project work and connections with suppliers, customers, and community project personnel. Contact information is store by MDS. MDS does not engage in mass email marketing. MDS does not utilize telemarketing. While MDS participates in Social Media, MDS does not collect personal data from Social Media.

People with whom its personnel interact:

MDS retains personal contact information of people with whom its personal interacts on both medical and non-medical activities. MDS stores personal data as required by law.


Data Security:

MDS maintains physical and electronic safeguards to protect all MDS stored data. MDS limits data sharing to only what is necessary to conduct its medical and non-medical activities with those involved.

MDS retains contact data unless removal is requested. MDS will delete personal contact information from our data files upon request except where retention is required by law.
